The Property
Montezuma Canyon Ranch is located ten miles down a dirt road that is located half way between Blanding and Monticello Utah. It is located more than a thousand feet below the rim of the canyon on the wide open creek side land. It is currently owned by its third family since homesteading, and has hundreds of producing fruit trees.
